How to submit Business Regulatory Bundle/Address

In this article, we will explain how to create a Business Regulatory Bundle/Address in Lead Hero.
(Note: Regulatory bundle is NOT required if you are purchasing phone numbers in the USA or Canada).

Why You Should Do This

Submitting a business regulatory bundle/address for a phone number in Lead Hero is required to comply with telecom regulations and prevent service restrictions. It ensures legal use, improves message deliverability, and avoids number suspension. Since Lead Hero uses Twilio, verification is necessary for certain regions and number types to meet carrier requirements. Without approval, calls and messages may be blocked or filtered.

 

Step 1: Navigation to Regulatory Bundle/Address

- Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.

- Select Phone Numbers from the settings menu.

- Click on "Regulatory Bundle/Address" button.

- Click button "+ Create".

Step 2: Submission of Regulatory Address

- Select type of bundle “Address Bundle” and Click on "Next"

- Enter Business Details;

  • Friendly Name
  • Customer Name
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • Country
  • State/Province/Region
  • City
  • Postal/Zip Code

- After filling out details click on “Submit” and application will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 3: Submission of Business Regulatory Bundle

- Select type of bundle “Regulatory Bundle” and Click on "Next",

- Enter Business Details;

  • Select Country
  • Select End User Type → Business
  • Select Number Type → Mobile

- Click on “Next”.

- Enter Business Information;

  • Business Name
  • Registration Authority
  • Business Registration Number
  • Business Website
  • Authorized Representative's First Name
  • Authorized Representative's Last Name
  • Authorized Representative's Phone Number
  • Authorized Representative's Work Email
  • Comments → None
  • Click on "Next"

- Upload a document for Proof of Business Address;

  • Choose Regulatory Business Address,
  • Click on "Update Documents",
  • Click on "Submit". (application will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours)

NOTE: If your company number was issued by UK Companies House, the business proof of address can also be obtained from this website. (simply use the "Print" function to save it on your PC)
