In this article, we will explain how to submit a A2P 10DLC Registration Campaign in Lead Hero.
(Note: This is required if you are purchasing phone numbers of USA or Canada).
Why You Should Do This
Submitting an A2P 10DLC registration in Lead Hero is required to comply with U.S. carrier regulations and ensure successful message delivery. It helps prevent message filtering, improves SMS deliverability, and avoids potential fines or number suspensions. Since Lead Hero uses Twilio, proper registration is necessary to meet carrier requirements for business messaging. Without approval, your SMS campaigns may be blocked or experience high failure rates.
Step 1:
Create a Form with the following fields;
- First Name (Required).
- Last Name.
- Phone Number (Required).
- Email (Required).
- Two Consent Boxes; (Required).
- I consent to receive marketing text messages from [COMPANY NAME] at the phone number provided. Frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.
- I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from [COMPANY NAME] about my order updates, appointment reminders etc. Message & data rates may apply.
- Box containing Privacy Policy | Terms of Service Links.
- Change Button text to “Submit”.
Step 2:
- Create a funnel and add following sections;
- Logo in the header section,
- Add some text like “Please Fill This Form” in second section,
- Form(created above) on the second section,
- Create footer and add the following text “[BUSINESS NAME] - [BUSINESS WEBSITE] - [RIGHT NOW YEAR] | ALL RIGHTS RESERVED”
- Attach website domain with this funnel.
- Use this funnel link in this section while submitting A2P Campaign, “How do lead/contacts consent to receive messages?”
Step 3:
- Go to settings > Phone Numbers > Trust Center
- Click on ‘’Start Registration Now’’
- Is the business entity you're registering located in the US and/or Canada? ‘’YES’’
- Click on Continue
- Write ‘’Legal Business Name’’
- Choose ‘’Business Type’’
- Choose ‘’Business Registration ID Type’’
- Write ‘’Business Registration Number’’
- Choose ‘’Business Industry’’
- Write ‘’Business Email’’
- Write ‘’Website URL’’
- Choose ‘’Business Region of Operations’’
- Click on Continue
- Fill Business Address Details
- Click on "Continue"

- Click on Continue
- Select ‘’Low Volume Standard’’ Because its recommended
- Tick on ‘’I acknowledge’’
- Click on Continue

Click on "Submit" (It will approximately take minimum a week to approve)
