Switching off the bot
Before starting the conversation with a customer, it would be best to switch off the bot so it doesn't interfere with your messages. As mentioned during training, there are 2 ways to switch it off. Change the status to AI Off in contact details, or add the "ai off" tag. Either one of these actions wil stop the bot from engaging further.
Stop SMSs from being sent on Enter
You can switch on this feature "Shift+Enter to send" and you'll be able to use the Enter button as usual without it sending the message.
